When our parents entered skilled nursing facilities, we faced confusing questions about medical assistance and elder care regulations. Even though we worked hard to research local and state resources, it was often difficult to find clear, consistent, and concrete answers to guide our decisions. We were urgently looking for help and practical experience. We found that with Bob Chesley.
During the first time that we met Bob, we could see that he was very experienced with the practical questions of elder care, estate, and end of life decisions. He met with us several times, sometimes with short notice, and responded quickly over phone and email. He helped us to sort through options, make decisions, and document our choices. With his help, we navigated through application details, spenddown options, account changes, and life estate questions.
It was an anxious time for us. We were happy that we found Bob. He has been friendly and easy to work with, and we have greatly appreciated his help. His staff has also been helpful and responsive during this time as they supported his work.
After our parents died, we have been continuing to work with Bob to organize the legal, business, and financial documents for our farm.
We trust his advice, and we recommend him highly.

Mr. Chesley was available to answer all of the questions my family and I had when we made the decision to put our father into a nursing home. His knowlege of how medical assistance works was very helpful.
