About me

I represent employers in business, corporate, and employment matters. My practice includes identifying and advising businesses about risk management and finding creative solutions to solve current and potential problems related to employment and corporate practices.

I regularly advise clients on diverse issues such as hiring and pre-employment testing, drug testing in the workplace, discipline, termination, lay-offs, wage and hour issues, discrimination, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absences, recordkeeping, human resources policy development, and general corporate compliance issues. I work with businesses to draft employment agreements, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, commission plans, independent contractor agreements, various contracts, and other corporate documents.

I also handle business and employment litigation, including disputes relating to separation from employment, discrimination, shareholder disputes, non-compete and trade secret protection, and contract disputes.
