Charles went above and beyond representing me in this case where my basic right to counsel was not upheld by the state troopers, from the time I was pulled over on the side of the road. As soon as I got to the station I requested to speak to my attorney so I could ask which second test would be best I know I only had two glasses of wine and a plate of spaghetti at a benefit raising money for my best friend who had been shot downtown. I had learned my lesson two years before sts, driver interlock system on my truck, and classes And fines. While at the station I asked to speak to consult with my attorney and was given a phone for a few minutes, unable to contact Mr. Seagal I told the trooper I was not refusing just needed a few more minutes to get in contact with him. By this time it was past 2 in the morning and was unable to get in contact with him. The trooper was furious with me for wasting his time even though on the side of the road he had me stand on one foot while having a full conversation with him. At this time he put me in a cell not to have phone access again till morning. Bright and early in the morning around 9 am Mr. Seagal was informing me of my rights and trying to figure out my case but was on a hold in jail with a woman called bone crusher because she had broken the bones in her babies body. Over the next few days Charles worked to get me bail to get me out I did not belong. Charles Seagal knew I was not cut out for imprisonment and visited daily until I got bail hearing. Finally he got me out and started working vigeriously on my case always keeping me informed. The first part of my case went quickly the trooper did not even bother to show up, so my license was reinstated and I could drive again, atleast being mobile and able to help my best friends mom out with her dog and errands. Sadly after seven weeks of fighting she sucome to her injuries. The whole time Charles keeping my confidence up when I wanted to give up and just be done, go to jail and rot I was so sad. But the text messages and phone calls from Mr. Seagal gave me strength. After six months the case was finally dismissed and I am still trying to get my life in order and he is still fighting to get my vehicle back what a great man, what a great attorney, what a great friend...

I hired Charles to represent me after a 2nd DWI. Charles was very reassuring throughout the entire process, and I knew that he was genuinely interested in helping me. He was extremely responsive, timely, and always truly kind. My situation is now resolved and the result is better than anything I had hoped for. He far exceeded my expectations!

I hired Charles after realizing that he represented my ex-wife. I found myself in need of representation after I received a DWI. Charles went above and beyond. He did everything he promised and more. The greatest value was that Charles brought to the table was that I could and did trust him with my future. He treated me like a real person and not just a case number. I would recommend Charles Segal to anyone that wants a professional representing them during a very vulnerable situation.
Timothy Zak, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Charles is engaging, smart, creative, well-spoken and keenly aware of his knowledge and circumstances. Charles is a quick study that lets nothing get by him. You will never catch Charles by surprise because he is without exception supremely prepared and able to deftly navigate new circumstances as they develop. Charles is the textbook example of what it really means to zealously represent clients.
Michael Pepin, Bankruptcy and debt Attorney
