When you say "I assume I will be found guilty" then that's like saying "I assume I will be murdered." there is no reason to assume this, and every reason to fight. If convicted after a jury trial then you will likely not get more than the 180 day mandatory minimum sentences, unless you have prior felony convictions. There is no way to get a stay of adjudication or a stay of imposition (reduced conviction to misdemeanor at the end of probation) from the prosecutor, so IF you are convicted of a felony then NO you cannot keep the felony off your recordSee question
