Working with Martine Law was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning there were communication problems, but I stayed with them because Xavier Martine personally called and even sent me a message promising he would take over my case himself. That gave me a reason to... believe things would finally be handled — but it turned out to be an empty promise. After I paid, he completely disappeared. There was no direct communication, no meaningful follow-up, and no accountability. I was left to chase updates on my own, even having to call the court myself just to find out my hearing had been rescheduled without my knowledge. This wasn’t just about poor service — it was about trust. At a time when I needed clear guidance and support, I was misled and left feeling abandoned. Instead of helping me through a process I didn’t fully understand, the firm strung me along and failed to do what they said they would do. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. They did not follow through, and I walked away from the experience feeling misled, let down, and taken advantage of.

It was a pleasure working with Xavier. I don’t want to go into details but it took close to two years to handle my case and this happened over the course of 2019-2021 during COVID, yet Xavier was able to stay on track and guided me every step of the way.
