I found Mark through the Yellow Pages after being involved in a MVA in which I was injured due to a impaired motorist. When I came home from the hospital the next morning an agent was waiting for me to take down my information and start the process of recovering damages from my car insurance company to replace the car that had been totalled and also began working with my medical insurance since I would be out of work for a few weeks. Mark called me regularly, always responded to my questions and thoroughly listened to my concerns. He is excellent at providing realistic expectations of the process and the legalities. The field agent and Mark were very empathetic with me through the process and always put my immediate needs first and the case second; sometimes the case details were the least of my worries and food, transportation, work, and school were more important at times. Mark kept me informed of developing details and was able to settle my case out of court. I am thankful for his kindness, service, expertise, and most of all his ongoing commitment to me as his client. I still to this day get an email or a card asking how I am doing and if there is anything he can do for me and he personally writes or signs it; I appreciate this! I would recommend Mark to anyone needing his services and should I ever need him again all I can say is I hope he is still practicing.
