I practice in all areas of Intellectual Property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. I am a Conciliation Court Judge in Hennepin County and Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law at William Mitchell College of Law.
