I hired Tiff over 10 years ago and would recommend her. She is sharp. She knows what issues to argue and what issues to settle. She will give you a straight forward response and not run your bill.

Ms. Wolter handled our family law case with tremendous professionalism. She was knowledgeable, prompt, and very responsive to our needs. Not being attorneys, we were unsure of how to proceed with our issues, who to trust, and how long it would take. Of course, finances were also an issue. Ms. Wolter treated us with respect and kindness.
One can feel like they are caught in a maze when trying to sort out legal issues and when dealing with the court. Ms. Wolter smoothed our way for us and left us feeling well taken care of. To her, we were not a number or anonymous people. We were individuals with a problem that she promptly solved.
I would hire Ms. Wolter in a second if I ever needed her services again.

I hired Tifanne for a child support case and was extremely satisfied with her knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills. I was so much less nervous after working with her and was very, very happy with the outcome of my case. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Carl Arnold, Mediation Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I would definitely recommend Ms. Wolter for family law matters such as divorce, parenting time and child support. Ms. Wolter was opposing counsel on a difficult parenting time dispute. Our respective clients were not speaking to one another, except for exchanging accusations of past wrongs Ms. Wolter took the time to meet with me and understand where my client was coming from in terms of her concerns and also helped me understand her client's concerns. I was impressed by her willingness to get to the heart of the issues and, rather than just joining with our client's in hurling bitter statements back and forth, really think about and discuss possible solutions to the problem. We ended up in negotiations after the court hearing and came to a resolution so that we didn't have to wait for the court's decision.
Karen Kugler, Family Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer's work. Tifanne and I were co-workers at St. Cloud Area Legal Services. Tifanne is a hardworking attorney who really cares about her clients. She does collaborative law in addition to regular family law work.
