Never Lose Hope!

I honestly don’t know if words can fully express how grateful I am to Mark Klotzbuecher, Stacey, his paralegal, and the entire team. They successfully won my long-term disability case, and when I received the news, I couldn’t stop crying. This case represented so much more than a disability claim ...to me. It came during one of the most difficult and uncertain periods of my life. Having Mark, Stacey, and their team fighting for me gave me hope when I desperately needed it. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and determined throughout the entire process. Stacey also deserves special recognition. She was there throughout the process, helping with documents, answering questions, keeping things moving, and making an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. Her patience, responsiveness, and compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes. I never felt like I was just another case number. Mark and Stacey took the time to understand my situation and what was at stake for me and my family. Their team put together a strong case and kept fighting until we received the result we had hoped and prayed for. Finding out that we WON was overwhelming. I couldn't stop crying. It felt like an enormous weight that I had been carrying for so long was finally lifted off my shoulders. The relief, validation, and gratitude I feel are difficult to put into words. Mark, Stacey, and the entire team truly made a difference in my life and my future. I will never forget what they did for me. If you are fighting for long-term disability benefits and need people who genuinely know what they're doing and will fight for you, I cannot recommend Mark Klotzbuecher, Stacey, and their team highly enough. Best Lawyer You Could Ask For

Mark is a true pro! Friendly, compassionate and you can feel how much he cares about you as an individual. He explains everything in detail every step along the way in terms even someone like me could understand. :) He will fight for you at every turn and when your case is over not only will you be ...extremely satisfied but you will feel like you have a new friend! The Help You Didn't Know You Needed

Working with Mark and Aliyi was definitely an experience that was well enjoyed. Not only was I their client they made me feel like I belonged (Like family if I could say that). They made it easy to work with especially with my disability I was able to make requests and they accommodated me (different... communication styles).
