Matthew is a shareholder with Dougherty Molenda, and he currently plays an active role in its commercial, intellectual property and employment litigation groups. Matthew's practice also involves probate litigation, which includes representation and appearances associated with will contests and guardianship/conservatorship proceedings.

Matthew has civil jury trial experience and has successfully represented the firm's clients at numerous mediations, arbitrations, court trials and motion hearings.
