    You can't be sure. The court can authorize it but the Sheriff's department decides who gets the bracelet. You can file a motion asking the court to allow it.

    if they owe you wages that they didn't pay on the designated pay day, you can make a claim thru the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.

    without parental permission, you could initiate a guardianship. You will need to prove your daughter is unfit unless she agrees to the placement.

    No, not unless there is a step parent wanting to adopt the children. In WI, courts do not want to leave children fatherless if there is any way not to do so.

    Contempt is the way to get the matter moving and the court can order he give information about his bank accounts and prove he can't pay. Quarterlies are voluntary. If you don't have the money, don't pay them until you get the maintenance.

    If you have an order giving you full custody (even on an ex parte, temporary order), it overrides any past order.
