Genelle was rude, short tempered, and unprofessional. She communicated with me very poorly. I only had three actual phone calls with her, and one one of those was to discuss her fee. She describes herself as a pit bull, and she was- to me! I would definitely not recommend this pit bull, unless you wa...nt to get bitten! Thankfully, my case ended satisfactorily, but it was more in spite of Genelle, and not because of her!
