THANK YOU LORD for putting this AMAZING LAYER in my life when I needed him most!

Attorney Cueto went above and beyond to fight for my rights. I was facing 2 C felonies and throughout the year of his involvement, he sifted through the true facts and presented it to the DA. Eventually I recieved a misdemeanor and diversion to a much lesser felony. He was always there ri...ght away to reply to an email, call me back, keep me informed and guide me to what he thought was best. I feel like I have a new friend after all of this. NOONE should look any farther for a different lawyer if they have been asked to speak with law enforcement or charged with a crime. Dont waste your valuable time searching. JUST HIRE BERNARDO!!!!!! My grandmother and I had the privilege of working with Bernado Cueto during a very challenging lease situation where I found myself feeling unsafe in my own home. A man of honar and Integrity, A true defender.

This man is on a mission in life. Its not just a job for him. He believes and practices that every person in this country should have their constitutional rights protected. Regardless of what they may or may not be guilty of, Bernardo works hard to protect any person from having their rights stom...ped on. In our modern age where the justice systems in the state, county and city levels are getting kick back money from the federal government, it is easy for prosecutors to take advantage of people arrested just for the sake of the funding. When a prosecutors Federal kick back money, his ego or his reputation is the deciding factor for prosecuting a person; Bernardo is there to level the playing field. He is a well studied attorney in Wisconsin, knowing the procedures and prosecutors in every county in the state. But he is also an experienced defender of peoples rights under the law. His an honest attorney with a great moral compass and knows the law. I hired him to defend me in a felony case that I am innocent of all charges. He has been showing multiple issues of doubt of the complainants story. Even though the charges are not dropped yet Bernardo is creating a winning situation for trial. And last but not least, The God of heaven and earth is with this man. You can't do better than him.

Highly recommend

One of the best trial lawyers I have ever worked with! He is skilled at identifying the nuance's of each case and, like analyzing a chess board, advises his clients as to the potential outcomes. The good, the bad and...the ugly. Not all cases are able to be litigated. Some need to be settled. Som...e need to be dismissed / dropped. Every case is different. Recently I observed Mr Cueto win a revocation hearing for a client that had been sitting in jail for months after being falsely accused of rape. The burden of proof for the state to revoke parole is very low. These cases RARELY end in the favor of the defendant / accused. Attoney Cueto took every possible step to gather all the relevant facts and was able to expose the accuser's lies and motives. The court found in favor of Mr Cueto's client. If you are looking for a skilled, effective and savvy attorney, Bernardo Cueto is an excellent choice.
