The American Bar Association (ABA) publishes the Model Rules of Professional Conduct to guide attorneys. The ABA is a voluntary professional organization and provides continuing legal education, accredits law schools and serves as a national voice for lawyers and judges. The ABA has no power to enforce the rules itself; I would bet my life that this is attorney Ken Andraski's Bible. I know because I read it! He is true to every word. He also sticks to a code of ethics that is very stringent. The most ethical and quick to act lawyer I have ever met. He will never waste your money on chit chat. He is straight and to the point. You will always be in the know , having time to just hang up the phone, shoot the email, or lick the stamp. It certainly isn't because he's not an extremely busy man. He's in the office before anyone else, and his commitment could land you a call at 9:30p.m. What really struck me is how different he is in the office compared to the moment he opens the courthouse door. He gets a bounce in his step, a joke or kind word for everyone he passes, janitor or Judge, and will never embarrass you in court. He is both respectful and respected in the entire courthouse. This man clearly loves his job and the people he works with. The feelings seem reciprocated. He is extremely knowledgeable, and if in an area he thinks a colleague is better equipped to give you the best representation, he does you the justice and says so...hooking you up with somebody with more expertise on that particular subject. He has many years of experience and research tells me he treats his staff EXTREMELY well. He is worth every penny, win or lose (we won) , but had we not...my opinion would be the same. I have and always will refer him and highly recommend Attorney Kenneth Andraski.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
