Outcome: Revocation proceedings defeated twice; other charges reduced.

Description: Escalating history of small crimes and probation violations, substance dependency related. Probation Dept. put him into a substance abuse treatment program only to turn around on spurious accusation of counterfeiting and yank him from the program, then sought to revoke. We contested the final revocation hearing and won, and then won the Dept.'s appeal. Months later they tried again, and again we won. Was also able to get the counterfeiting charge reduced.
