I was pulled over for a 2nd time and the officer stated that the reason for my stop was that the owner of the vehicle has a revoked license. Which it is but no other traffic violations were made. During the stop other charges were made for contrab...
If you are the owner, it is absolutely a valid stop. If the owner is a 50-year-old male and the driver was a 20-year-old female it may be a reason to challenge the stop. There may be separate search issues as well. Have you consulted a local criminal defense lawyer about this?See question

Upon moving into the current home was up for sale, we signed a year lease which comes due at months end 10/31/16. On 10/10 I receive a text from landlord that the house has been sold this is your 30 day notice to vacate.
Since there is no lease in effect, the landlord can certainly terminate your tenancy. I believe that a notice given on 10/10 will terminate your tenancy effective 11/30 (you need to be out before 12/1) assuming your rent is due on the first of the month.
If you can find another place, you may want to consider negotiating with the landlord or new owner to move out earlier (i.e. the 15th) in return for no November rent. That could give you some overlap for moving.See question

He is unlikely to get into trouble for lying to the police, although he could. If he is meeting witth the ADA, it means he has been charged. He does need a criminal defense lawyer for that. You need to make sure the victim's advocate in the DA's office knows what he has been doing.See question

I was trying to get a motel because my girlfriends house is being fumigated and I used my mom's credit card and the total was $162 and she's asking $574 for payment or she'll press charges
Read the answers from TX attorneys. She can complain to the police whether or not you pay her anything. I would advise paying her the $162 plus any damages she may have had (like interest or extra fees). Charges are decided by the prosecutor.See question
I got charged with misdeamenor identity theft and I want to know is this a fraud charge and if identity theft and identity fraud are the same
Identity theft is more specific. Any charge of identity theft would almost certainly involve some sort of fraud.See question

This would be called "accessory after the fact" party to a crime here in Wisconsin. Probably perjury or obstructing as well. You can be in your ex-sister-in-law's corner without lying for her.See question
