I reached out to this attorney seeking assistance with refiling a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. I explained that our current attorney had recommended that we look for another attorney closer to us so we could start fresh and move forward properly. Unfortunately, instead of providing any meaningful g...uidance or even basic professionalism, this attorney was dismissive and unhelpful. He told us to stay with the current attorney, even after I explained that the current attorney had already advised us to seek new representation. When I clarified the situation, he simply told me to keep looking for another attorney. This was a complete waste of time. I understand that not every attorney can take every case, but there is a professional way to decline assistance. The tone and response were rude, dismissive, and showed very little respect for someone reaching out during a stressful legal situation. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for genuine help, clear communication, or basic courtesy.
