After reading reviews for several attorneys, I decided to contact Zeshan Usman because of the great rating he had. I am very glad I did. He was an excellent attorney. Very helpful at every stage. He was very knowledgeable and his experience showed immensely. He always kept me informed and I knew exac...tly what was happening every step of the process. His fees are beyond reasonable, I felt I got every penny's worth. I really appreciated his attentiveness and he was always very prompt in responding. Truly an excellent person to work with.

My wife and I did a bankruptcy with Mr. Usman in 2013. I had much fear and trepidation about doing a BK. In fact, I was an adult male crying because I wanted to do the "right thing" and pay my creditors, even though I was being sued by Discover 3 times. Z explained that I had little choice--if I d...id not follow through with the BK, I would likely have my wages garnished once Discover won all three lawsuits. I will say that when we first walked in his office and saw a picture on his wall of him posing with Barack Obama, my wife and I wanted to leave immediately. But in spite of the photo, we stayed, and listened to him, and are glad we used him. Even though Zeshan and I probably do not vote for the same people, that would not stop me from using him again or recommending him to others with financial challenges. If you use him, and are like me, ignore the photos on his wall. Who he votes for has NO EFFECT on his skills as a SUPERB bankruptcy attorney. Everything Z said he would do, he did. His fee was very fair, and it was a small price to pay for getting $50,000 worth of debt wiped away to give us the fresh start we have today. I used to believe that BKs were for losers, but since this economy started tanking in 2008, and still has not recovered, many people who once thought like me and would have never filed for BK, now have immense financial challenges, and have no other way out. If that is you, I recommend that you use our bankruptcy laws to get your fresh start, and I recommend you use Zeshan Usman. You cannot go wrong with Z!

After reviewing my papers and helping make the right decision on type and whether or not I should file, he coached me on the process and walked ...me through things to make certain we were operating correctly. I was referred to Attorney Usman in June to help me deal with an unfounded lawsuit against me. My husband and I met with Attorney Usman at his office and he looked over the lawsuit, looked at the proof I had and counseled us on how to handle our situation.
