This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Censure means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State censures the lawyer in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
Tim’s comment: “This was a reprimand dating back to 1997 when I missed court appearances while being admitted to the hospital. The court hearings were rescheduled without prejudice to the clients in question.”

Last year, I had the unfortunate situation of having been unfairly fired. I was referred to Tim by another attorney I know, and I am so thankful that he represented me. He was great at helping me understand the case, and he was tenacious in fighting for me. Tim got me the money I deserved, and now I've got a new, better-paying job. I hope to never have to seek his services again, but I feel confident and secure knowing that if I ever do find myself in a battle with my employer (or anyone else), I know Tim will be right there fighting by my side.

On very short notice, Tim was able to clear his schedule and, essentially, rewrite a 30-page appellate brief for our firm. Tim is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. I take great pride in recommending this lawyer.
Jason Hahn, Personal injury Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
Tim is an excellent litigator on a wide range of practice areas, as well as a very talented and intelligent appellate practitioner and legal writer. I worked with him several years ago on a number of cases and he truly cares about his clients and their well-being, and is tenacious in pursuing their interests. I would recommend him highly for employment law matters, criminal defense, commercial and construction litigation, as well Federal litigation and the various other practice areas in which he has expertise. He has particular experience in representing both individuals and business entities.
