DUI found not guilty

Mark is an excellent attorney. He pointed out facts that I would have never thought to state myself. I’m so glad I hired Mark. He kept me informed about all of my trial dates and what was going to happen. The state was fighting HARD to have me arrested for driving with my own medicine I have been pre...scribed for a long time, But Mark fought harder and smarter. He worked things out with me I think no other lawyer would have done. If I need help again Mark will be the first person I call. Thank you again Mark, you really saved me on this one.

Bad charges and arrest

I hired Mr Maciolek for a bad arrest and the police took my conceal gun and charged me with a bad felony and he got it dropped and I got my gun back and can keep my CCL he will fight for you so if you need a good lawyer call and hire Mark he is very good.

Speeding Daughter

Mark represented my daughter due to a speeding ticket she received in Wisconsin. Thanks to Mark the charges were dropped from 20 miles per hour over the speed limit to 11 miles per hour over the speed limit. He did an excellent job and always kept my daughter and I updated on his deliberations. Ma...rk did an excellent job and I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and very personable! Both traits of a good attorney!
