Hey big money for the big lawyer and got the understudy apparently $30,000 wasn't enough to retain Tracy wood I got her understudy though who would let missing evidence slide wouldn't bring it up to the Court's attention almost like she was on the other person's side the da side or the police side wh...at what else do I say Dave Ram let my name be ran through the dirt hearsay with no objection and is now on court record I can't emphasize enough how literally sick I am I have never paid somebody $30,000 in my life to have it flushed down the toilet and say oh no it's money earned when they left me in a position worse then when they found me just sick I'm not recommend this to my worst enemy they truly don't care they don't plan they don't communicate directly with you apparently they're too busy and too high above that to explaining things and having a plan before they go into court it's ridiculous what I've seen and how I've been betrayed literally

I must say that this has to be the best law firm in Wisconsin. I am an out of state driver who was accused of an OWI 1st and a refusal. I contacted several attorneys the day after the incident and Tracey was the only one that instilled a since of confidence in me. I was sure this was the right practi...ce to help me. The firm immediately started working on my case and sent me copies of all the reports and videos associated with the incident for my input and filled motions in my case. They answered any questions I had with the patience and really took the time to listen which is something that is very welcomed during one of the most stressful moments of my life. They really made me feel that my case was in the best possible hands and that they actually cared about my outcome. The attorney in charge of my case was Sarah Schmieser and she was amazing. Her knowledge of my case and her advice gave me a newfound confidence that I would have a favorable outcome to my case. She was always ready to answer any questions and provide me with all possible outcomes of my case. We initially received an offer from the D.A. that was good but not great. After consulting with Sarah, I decided to not take the offer as I knew that if I fought the charges I had a very good chance of having them dismissed. After advising the D.A. that we would not take the offer, he contacted Sarah a few days later and stated that after reviewing the evidence he decided to dismiss the refusal and reduce the OWI to a lesser charge. When Sarah advised me of the offer I felt a tremendous sense of relief and I could tell that Sarah was genuinely happy that she was able to obtain such a favorable outcome for me. The old cliché of "you get what you pay for" couldn’t apply more than in situations like this. Tracy Woods and her team are not cheap but I can attest that you get the most professional and dedicated team of attorneys that you could not only pay for but also hope for. They were able to have charges dismissed and reduced in a state where that is an extremely difficult thing to do.
