Very Poor Lawyer
I hired this lawyer for my divorce case. Paid him over $4,000 in a year period and got nothing for it. I am not any closer to settling my divorce from the day I started the action. He did not keep me up to date with billing, just sends a bill for $1600.00. He does not keep court dates, just postpones...
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to adequately respond to an anonymous review. We have no way of even determining if this review is from an actual client. After a review of our files, we were unable to locate a family client who we billed "over $4000 in a year." Also, we do not frivolously postpone court dates. If a court date was postponed (again, due to the anonymous nature of this post we cannot confirm that), it could have been by the court or even by opposing counsel. Furthermore, the allegation that this law firm "works for the opposing party" is patently absurd. We represent out clients to the fullest ability. Finally, we have no record of any client terminating our services, or vice versa, that correlates to this time.

Not good!
I hired Mr. Fitzgerald for a divorce action. I did not get the action resolved with this attorney, I fired him. He was very unprepared and his communication skills are lacking. I would not recommend this attorney.

Simply put, we have reviewed our files and no client, family or otherwise, "fired us" at a time that correlates to this review. This review does not appear to come from any actual client our our firm.
