Excellent representation

Attorney Pitts did an excellent job representing myself and my daughter in a dog-bite case causing extensive harm to my dog and a bite to my daughter. We sought legal counsel because the owner and the insurance company were negligent in taking responsibility for the dog and the bills we incurred. He took his time with us, gathering a thorough story and giving sound advice. He aggressively went for a settlement that was fair to all involved, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We ended with a nice, fair settlement, and we have him to thank for that. I would highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him in the future if the need ever arises again.

exceptional workers compensation lawyer

I suffered a work related injury which required surgery. My claim was denied by my employers insurance company. Frustrated & confused about the process to contest their ungrounded decision, I decided to research my options. Amazing job!!!

After having shoulder issues since a 2005 w.c. claim, I thought reopening this claim was a long shot at best. I consulted Mr. Pitts in 2015, and in a very timely manner he was able to close this claim with amazing results. My medical costs for a full shoulder replacement were covered Plus!!! I'm very grateful to Mr. Pitts for his dedication to my case.

Great Lawyer - Don't Pass Him Up !!

I was injured in an automobile accident in 2014. I hired Attorney Pitts and he did a great job with my case. I couldn't be happier. He and his staff were very detail oriented and settled my case for a fair amount after the insurance company tried to insult me with their low offer. A++ Attorney!

Workers Comp Claim

I'd like to begin by saying how grateful myself and my family are to Mr. James Pitts! I had a workers comp case that seemed as though was going nowhere FAST! I contacted Mr. Pitts, discussed my situation and he immediately sprang into action! Within 30 minutes, I received my medical information/ records, that I , myself could not track down. I hired him on the spot. From that day forward, Mr. Pitts went above and beyond to ensure me that my health and well being was a high priority to him. Review of Attorney James A. Pitts

After having my employment terminated by my employer, I contacted Attorney Pitts who agreed to meet with me. He advised me of all legal avenues that I could take. I retained his services. I felt my case was rather complicated, and I am not one for trusting people. However, Mr. Pitts and his staff were very thorough and did so much work, I was overwhelmed with everything they put together. When it came time to send me for different evaluations, I was extremely impressed by the individuals he choose. The evaluating professionals were compassionate and knowledgeable. This time was extremely difficult for me personally, and Mr. Pitts and his staff treated me with respect. A settlement was reached prior to our court date. I had no idea what to expect. However the settlement amount floored me. It still seems surreal. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for legal representation contact Mr. Pitts. He was a straight shooter and did what he said he would do.

Excellent service

Attorney James Pitts was a huge help for me. I was in a bad car accident. I knew the injuries I received were going to keep me out of work for a long time. A family member recommended I go see Attorney Pitts for help. So I did. He was very compassionate, understanding & very helpful. I was overwhelmed with my injuries and the bills that were coming in. Expert in dealing with large Corporation’s

Jim was referred to us by another lawyer who respected his work and his aggressiveness. I knew immediately after our first meeting, we had chosen the right person to represent us. Malpractice Case

Good attorneys are hard to find, but I found one!

Mr. Pitts was very tenacious in every aspect with my claim. The insurance company tried to "pull a fast one", but Mr. Pitts caught it right a way. He kept me informed every step of the way until completion of my claim. I would highly recommend Mr. Pitts to anyone in need of an attorney. The Only Lawyer You Will Ever Need!

Mr. Pitts was supportive and passionate in his advocacy. He insisted that I was entitled to the award I received and he never let me give in to my fear, or fatigue. I would trust him with my very life, for his efforts changed my life comepletely. I was awarded my Social Security Disability benefits as well as my Workman's compensation. It means that I no longer fear the end of the month. I can take better care of myself and my life is so much less stressful. He is my hero.

Client of this amazing Attorney and Person

I found Mr. Pitts onlne. I was really stuck in a situation that required an astute legal mind. If you want stupid, this is not the Attorney for you. He is dedicated to his profession and to his clients. His staff is amazing, and you never have to wait for a response. I recommend this Attorney for his merit, his wit, and his personal presentation. James Pitts is the antithesis of the common "lawyer" He could put a fraction of the effort into his cases and still rank head and shoulders above the rest. I am proud to have him as my my legal council...I wouldn't want to be his opposition.

Keep searching. Not worth the stress.

I had a workman’s comp case with a major company and after doing a bit of research, I decided to go with him… after the initial meeting, it was really hard to get ahold of him. I would be the one to reach out and have to get updates after sending him requested information. There would never be any replies. Finally, when he did reply, it was extremely short. I had ENOUGH when I got a response asking for an update & he referenced another persons case followed by saying “there’s not more we can do since you were the one at fault.” ??? The case he was messaging me about involved a head on car accident when mine was a workman’s comp case??? I thought getting a lawyer was supposed to relieve stress, not cause more. I was doing all of the work myself and did not feel heard at all. Ended up having the case dropped and losing a lot of money.
