I contacted Brian due to a speeding violation in Kenosha County for going 20-25 miles over the speed limit (it was a 35 mph zone very close to the highway). I was going to be out of town for business on the court date so instead of trying to get it reduced myself I reached out to Brian after reading... his reviews on Avvo. We conducted all of our brief interactions over email, he quoted me a flat and fair fee and explained the process. I was able to easily pay by credit card over the phone with his assistant. The process took a little longer than expected because it was tough for Brian to track down the attorney he needed to speak with on the specified dates (didn't seem any fault of Brian but just the busy schedules of the various attorneys at the circuit court). In the end the situation was resolved a little under 3 months after I first received the ticket. It was reduced to a defective speedometer. The ticket fine was less than I would have paid for the 20+ mph ticket. With Brian's fee and the ticket fee I paid more in the short term to get it resolved but I definitely saved myself money in the long run by not having the 6 pts on my driving record. I would definitely recommend Brian! Got me the result I was hoping for.
