Chris was extremely professional in helping us in two very difficult situations. One case was dismissed. The other case was reduced from three citations to one far less citation. The results could not have been better. These situations were new to us, and he kept us informed and we were always confident that the cases were being handle in the very best way possible.

Chris is one of the best attorneys, very humane and upfront in his approach. I am so glad i retained him, he was very proactive and aggressive in his approach - and always kept me in the loop on the case proceedings.
The entire experience was very smooth, and Chris handled the entire journey to resolution very smoothly. I was in deep agony when i started conversation with Chris and it ended with huge joy. Thanks Chris and really appreciate your help.

I am a professional, educated mom of 2 small children, who works in the health care field. I needed a defense attorney quickly and came across Cherella's Law Firm page online on a very stressful, very sleepless night the day I was arrested. I emailed Mr. Cherella at 230am and received a personal phone call from him less than 3 hours later. I met with him that very day. He immediately put some ease in my life that morning. I was so concerned I would eventually lose my practicing licence over this that I was terribly ridden with anxiety. Attorney Cherella wasted no time, he got straight to the "nitty gritty" of my case. Today marks the closing of my case, over 8 months after my arrest and I never once saw a courtroom. My record as clean as the day I met Chris. Unfortunately, during this past 8 months, I "ran" into a small hiccup with the police again. I immediately retained Chris for this separate incident and again, same outcome. He is none the less at the top of his game. If you find yourself in a tough spot, do not hesitate, RETAIN ATTORNEY CHERELLA! thanks again Chris

For my case, there was no doubt that I needed a lawyer--and a very, very good one. I am so happy I went with Mr. Chrostopher Cherella and I highly recommend him to represent you. Throughout my case, I felt so cofident that Chris was doing his job and doing everything he could in his power for me to get the best sentencing. He gave me a sense of ease and comfort through this very stressful time in my life. If you decide to go with Chris (which you should) just listen to everything he has to say because everything he says has meaning and he truly knows what he is doing. He has a passion for what he does too. Thanks Chris!

I hired Mr. Chris Cherella to represent me for a DUI violation, which was my first mistake, because I should've hired an attorney that specializes in DUI cases since it was my second offense. However, I live out of state and got Chris's name from a colleague. Chris is a decent attorney, but I felt, he was charging me for every little thing. He charged me for everything (i.e. drive time to and from the court, wait time in court where he forget to check in). During my initial court visit, we waited for almost 3.5 hours. Low and behold when I was leaving the court room I asked, the bailiff, why I had to wait so long when I had an attorney present and the bailiff told me, "ma'am, your attorney didn't check in." That's the first thing every attorney does when they go into courthouse is check in! Chris charged me for 1.5 hours and shared the expense with the other client he was representing on that same day. In fact, he was going back and forth between me and the another client, which in my opinion was not proper working two cases at once. I paid him a retainer fee and burned through $3,918.75 before my trial even began with the administrative review hearing and the evidentiary motion hearing before the Circuit Court. Chris went through the legal matters and did update me in a timely manner, but I didn't feel comfortable with his way of doing business. Therefore, I switched attorneys and decided to go with one that specializes in DUI's.
Lastly, Mr. Cherella, did find that the police officer changed the time of my paperwork while I was at the police station and I was able to keep my drivers license during the time I was waiting for my jury trial with my new attorney. So he does do a good job at reviewing ones case. I have to give credit where credit is due. However, keep a tally of Mr. Cherella's hours, minutes and secs is my recommendation. Remember, he charges drive time to and from the court room. I would suggest you pay him a FLAT FEE rather than an hourly wage, which many attorney's allow.

I heard about Chris through a mutual friend who told me he was a fantastic defense lawyer, and I couldn't agree more! He helped me with two cases which were both dismissed without me lifting a finger. I felt absolutely comfortable with him handling my cases and would recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney. He's very professional and has an aggressive style that gets the job done in the most effective and efficient manner. He always answered calls and texts and really made me feel like I was his only client and his number one priority. He's very on top of things! I will definitely hire Chris again in the future when I need an attorney!

I would highly recommend Christopher Cherella! We needed a "go getter" for a case. Chris immediately jumped in with both feet and got busy. He was able to give us peace of mind while prepping for a battle in court. Because of his preparations, we never saw a courtroom. He made sure every aspect of the case was covered and kept us informed of everything he was learning. Chris is a hard worker and wont' take you for granted. Definitely worth retaining him!!

I was a little leary about Chris representing me becasue we have known eachother for many years. We also have some mutual friends in sports and our neightborhood. The first time I met with Chris, that worry went away. He was very professional and confedential. He went to court for me on days that fell around holidays and didnt give the impression that he wasnt giving 100% effort toward my case.
