    I agree with Atty. Dera Johnsen-Tracy. You can do it yourself but I would seek the advice of counsel. It will be worth it to ensure it is done correctly. One tricky area is dealing with debts. That is why an attorney is useful to you. Good luck!

    Review your policy closely. Then talk to an attorney who deals with bad faith claims against insurance companies. There are many. There is nothing like a bad faith claim to get an insurance company to act in your favor. Good luck!

    It is difficult to say whether your former co-worker or employer had any duty with respect to MRSA. Use AVVO to find personal injury attorneys who deal with MRSA cases and contact 2 or 3. Good luck!

    Honesty is the best business policy. Good faith and fair dealing are implied in every contract. While it may be hard to part with the money at this time, you should pay it as that is what you agreed to do to buy the car. Good luck!

    It depends on the intent. If it was a 100% gift with no expectation of getting it back, marriage or not, the recipient can keep it. If there were strings attached, the giver is probably entitled to it.

    You tried your best but obviously the judge wasn't going to rule in your favor if you stood on your head. Judges don't get ahead dismissing traffic tickets. You could appeal, but those can be time-consuming and expensive. I commend you for trying!
