    I doubt it. Only in very limited circumstances can a federal court appoint an attorney in a civil case.

    I do not think there would be any tax on it unless it was from the sale of something, like real property. Why would you want to bring cash? Deposit it in a bank you can access from the USA. Good luck.

    You can appeal, but very few appeals courts grant such motions. Trial court's have a lot of leeway in what they do.
