A very ethical and hard working Attorney!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring and being represented by Attorney David Iancu for a long difficult custody/placement case that was not going particularly well prior to David taking my case. I interviewed a few other experienced and fairly well presenting Attorneys, but was looking for the righ...t Attorney because my daughter’s case was not going particularly well due to what very strongly appeared to be more about an opposing Attorney’s and GAL’s billable service agenda than my daughter’s best interests. Immediately after hiring David and throughout the case I was very pleased with his level of intelligence, decision making, strong work ethic and high level of responsiveness including calling back within the same day with information that was point on. He seemed to know what to do and when to do it and explained the nuances of family court and how it affects children and families in a manner that I felt much more comfortable in deciding how to protect my daughter’s best interests. I wish I had hired David much earlier in the case because he seemed to be able to expedite the process of effectively communicating with the opposing (my ex-wife’s) attorney and the GAL in order to avoid a needless trial and further associated costs that I could not afford. We ended up with a settlement agreement that I would not have wanted to attempt to resolve without his vast experience in regards to the wording on the stipulations that can have a significant effect on the short and long term outcomes of these ordeals. Lastly, I just want to thank Attorney Iancu for the hard work and ethical care that he put in mine and my daughter’ case and also for his refreshing common sense and friendly bed-side manner. He really seems to approach his work with an ethical responsibility and dedication that certainly made a very favorable impression with me. I would certainly recommend David for anyone else who has a family Court, personal injury etc. case and I would definitely hire or consult with him again for any future services. Thanks again for your commitment to my case!

Superior and well rounded

David kept the line of communication open at all times and was prompt with responses. This was imperative for us during such a high stress situation.. He worked diligently, did all the research necessary and was very prepared. His confidence, knowledge and honesty was appreciated. He was the first ...attorney that I have worked with who balanced the appropriate amount of expertise, skill and compassion.

You Will NOT Be Disappointed

David Iancu represented me in a very sensitive case that involved a lot of intracasies that may have been lost on most other attorneys. David fought for me very hard throughout the whole process and always seemed to have my best interests in mind. Mr. Iancu is extremely knowledgeable in many various ...areas of Law, he is a straight-shooter, and strikes me as a man who does not just take any case that comes across his desk, so I do believe him to be a man of integrity. David seemed to believe in me every step of the way and did an excellent job of making feel like he had my back throughout this whole process. When everything was said and done with my case, and YES, I won because of David, I honestly felt like I made a new friend at the end of it all. I hope I don't sound like I'm over-selling David Iancu, but I am just speaking from the heart here. There are a lot of attorneys out there...thousands of them; but, very few are of the caliber of this man. If you need an attorney in his areas of expertise, you will not be disappointed with the work this man puts in for you. Thanks again for everything David. Sincerely, -Rick-

I highly recommend Attorney Dave Iancu

Attorney Iancu did an outstanding job representing me in my divorce case. I consulted with several attorneys before hiring Dave, all of the attorneys I met with had a very defeated attitude towards my divorce and told me all assets would be divided equally. While Dave did not make any promises he lai...d out a plan and gave me hope for a better outcome then what other attorneys had predicted. For this reason I hired Dave and I was not disappointed. Dave was able to negotiate a settlement that I was very happy with. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very responsive. I highly recommend him.

Swift resolution to a Child Custody case

Attorney Iancu is very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Was able to advise me in my decision making. Living 1400 miles away, David was able to handle a seemingly tough case very swiftly and efficiently in my favor without my presence.
