YES... Divorce & Keeping Your Sanity Can Go Together

Divorce is tough - no getting around it... and that's before the lawyers & money get involved. The stakes are high and the emotions even higher. But it doesn't have to become a war in which both sides exact a heavy toll. Having been through the same process decades ago, I wanted a different appro...ach this time. I was very fortunate to be referred to David Iancu. He was an effective partner throughout my legal journey. Considerate, empathetic, understanding, yet strategic at every turn. David was able to lower my stress levels, while providing a firm & fair approach to all of our negotiations. I can't say enough about his attentive demeanor as you ride out the roller coaster highs & lows associated with complex issues. He always used his time quite wisely and did all he could to manage the monetary burden we all have to endure. David's generosity and personality made a difficult situation considerably more tolerable than it could have been with someone else. If you want bloodshed hire a warrior... if you want an effective, compassionate & smart attorney to shepherd you through your process... with your mind, spirit and wallet more intact, please choose David. Great Attorney

Attorney Iancu was great to work with. He was always there for me. He answered my questions and helped me with my concerns in a very timely manner. I knew that I didn't need to worry much, because David would know the answer and how to deal with each issue that came about. Child Support and Primary Placement Post Divorce

Attorney Iancu was professional, laid out the facts of my case and the possibilities of success/failure. I felt very confident in his no nonsense style. He may have been very busy, however, treated my case like I was his most important client. I feel my case was successful because of his expertise. L...ess than 1 month after my consultation and hiring him, my case was successfully resolved. As an added bonus I will receive a portion of my deposit refunded to me.
