Amazing Attorney

A great team led by an amazing attorney! Attorney Iancu is part therapist who lets you vent, part best friend who tells you how it is, & all attorney who helps you navigate the turbulent waters of divorce. I’m extremely grateful that I had this stellar team in my corner when I went through this diffi...cult time.

Confident, Competent Attorney who will not drop the ball

Due to a very difficult situation (isn't that how all lawyer/client interactions begin?) I found myself desperately needing a great attorney on Christmas Eve. David Iancu answered my call when no others would. He listened and fired relevant questions with laser precision to determine how he could b...est provide assistance. Over the next year David has professionally and creatively crafted our case to bring about an equitable solution. In the future should I need Wisconsin representation in family law I would always choose David Iancu and cannot recommend him more highly.

Review of David's Work

David is an amazing lawyer. He is smart, hardworking and always advocated for me. He challenged and questioned things and I truly felt that he always had my back. He answered all my questions quickly and was always available and very professional. He's a great lawyer who cares about his clients and... put their interest first. I feel great for making the decision for having him as my lawyer and I feel good about the outcome I had at the end of the case. Fantastic lawyer

I had an extremely messy divorce. Without going into too much detail it included a child custody dispute and a respondent that was volatile, went through 3 attorneys and a pro se period, and is a small business owner that refused to comply with discovery or any other orders from the judge. Throug...hout this, David was very responsive, often calling or emailing me on nights or weekends. He helped me to focus on what mattered and forget what did not. He was sensitive to the cost of the case and did not waste time where it wasn’t necessary. David was extremely knowledgeable of the process and the law, as we had to consider many strategies and legal options given the complexity of the case. He fought hard for the best interest of my children. In the end, after almost 2 years, we finally got to a point a mediation and were able to avoid a trial. David worked well into the night to get me a settlement that was financially reasonable and best for the well being of my children. Its difficult to summarize how hard this case was and how much David fought for my family over those 2 years. I strongly recommend hiring him!
