Both OWI cases dismissed

John was a very professional lawyer, yet he made me feel very comfortable to be around. He stuck by me through this last year in dealing with this very stressful case of mine. He was always there when I called or emailed him. His response time was amazing. He always had a positive outlook and attitud...e about my case and we came through with a WIN (both of my cases) DISMISSED!! I admire his composure, work ethic and most of all his excellent representation! John Bayer has a thorough knowledge of the law and defended my case with determination. I highly recommend him!

Thankful

Traffic Ticket

I can't thank attorney John T. Bayer enough for working on my case. He didn't give up even though the court was pushing hard against it. Him and his assistant Katrina was always available for communication and explaining the situation. A conviction would effect my work and my life and after a hard ...battle he was able to convince the court of the severity of my case and was able to work with me. Thank you again for your time! Atty John Bayer- Best 1st Offense OWI Counsel Choice We Could Have Made!

There is a never ending list of good things to say about Atty. John T. Bayer. A family member of mine needed representation and after a thorough search of many lawyers we retained him based on his fair fee, honest and kind demeanor, and prompt attention to our initial contact. He was able to take th...e worst time of our life and helped to see light while guiding us through a complicated legal process. John far exceeded our expectations of an OWI defense attorney. He responded to our initial inquiry within minutes of us leaving a voicemail. He was honest with what his expectations were with this case and patiently walked us through every step of the process. We were scared and my family member was faced with the loss of a CDL license needed for work to support the family. This isolated mistake had the potential of devastating, life-altering consequences. OWI Charge

I was charged with a first time OWI. Since I drive for a living I needed the best result possible for my case. After speaking with John he explained my options. When I told him about the incident he believed we had a good chance at fighting the charge. It took a while to resolve but John repres...ented me well. He got the OWI charge reduced to a wreckless driving ticket. I couldn't be any happier with the way John handled my case. John and Mike were professional throughout the process. I received updates with every new development and was also given great advice on how to navigate the entire situation I would definitely recommend Johns services.
