Both OWI cases dismissed

John was a very professional lawyer, yet he made me feel very comfortable to be around. He stuck by me through this last year in dealing with this very stressful case of mine. He was always there when I called or emailed him. His response time was amazing. He always had a positive outlook and attitud...e about my case and we came through with a WIN (both of my cases) DISMISSED!! I admire his composure, work ethic and most of all his excellent representation! John Bayer has a thorough knowledge of the law and defended my case with determination. I highly recommend him!

John is excellent lawyer he help me keep my cdl license after a owi he kept me informed about my case in a weekly basis he fought hard for me so I can keep working and not lose my license I forever be grateful to John I definitely will recommend John for anyone with a owi is honest as can someone be ...he will not give you bs he definitely tell you what is ur best option again me and my family are thankful the John took my case and won

Stop looking, pick this guy!

John was great to work with and he's got supporting staff who make the process easy. I found myself in a bad spot facing my first 2 OWI's within 3 weeks of one another. As easy as it would have been to be a jerk about it, John went straight into analysis mode and was already strategizing pieces of th...e puzzle I didn't know to worry about. John wrote an excellent brief to the court outlining case law that was applicable to my case and thoroughly reviewed multiple body cams to ultimately get one case completely dismissed. His advice on the other case was exactly what I'd expect and led to a very smooth plea. John's work kept me out of jail. He made a daunting set of circumstances manageable and represented me extremely well.

Atty John Bayer- Best 1st Offense OWI Counsel Choice We Could Have Made!

There is a never ending list of good things to say about Atty. John T. Bayer. A family member of mine needed representation and after a thorough search of many lawyers we retained him based on his fair fee, honest and kind demeanor, and prompt attention to our initial contact. He was able to take th...e worst time of our life and helped to see light while guiding us through a complicated legal process. John far exceeded our expectations of an OWI defense attorney. He responded to our initial inquiry within minutes of us leaving a voicemail. He was honest with what his expectations were with this case and patiently walked us through every step of the process. We were scared and my family member was faced with the loss of a CDL license needed for work to support the family. This isolated mistake had the potential of devastating, life-altering consequences. He treated us without judgement yet with complete honesty throughout. He was always quick with responses to any questions and he made us feel as if we were his only clients. He was compassionate while working with us but tough in the court room – exactly what we wanted in a lawyer. We couldn’t have asked for a more driven, knowledgeable, caring attorney. There is no doubt that your case will be handled with absolute expertise and care from start to finish. In the end, there was NO LOSS OF THE CDL LICENSE and the first offense OWI charged was reduced to a Reckless Driving ticket. We cannot thank him enough for everything!
