About me

Employment Law, Equal Opportunity Law, and Litigation

My practice is devoted to representing employees in equal opportunity and employment law matters. I counsel clients on the best course of action before bringing suit to ensure the best possible result for each individual client.  I draw from my experience in state, federal, and administrative venues, regarding the WFEA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA, as well as other fair employment laws.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing softball, running, reading, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

Nick is an outstanding attorney who works hard to get his clients a great result. Nick and I have worked on cases together in the past and I regularly refer him clients. I highly recommend Nick to anyone seeking representation for employment issues.

Nick McLeod is an excellent courtroom litigator. He is always exceptionally prepared and knows his clients cases very well. He has a real gift for trial work. It is also very obvious how much he cares about his work. I strongly endorse him. Any client is lucky to have him as his/her advocate, and any lawyer is lucky to work alongside, or even in opposition, to him.
