Family advice session

I appreciated the immediate response and legal advice. I was able to feel knowledgeable about my legal rights and potential legal action about my issue and with just that I was able to accomplish my goal!

Intelligent, Hardworking and Honest

Attorney Maxwell picked up the broken pieces and awful mistakes a former law firm did in regards to my social security disability claim. After being denied twice because of missed information and laziness by the initial law firm Attorney Maxwell worked very hard and diligently to turn around my cas...e. In very little time Attorney Maxwell secured a hearing date and was successful in obtaining disability benefits for me. I can now breathe easier because I can rest when I need to through out the day. Attorney Maxwell was fantastic during the hearing.

Irresponsible person

This is my second separate review of Mr. Maxwell-both very poor. After a bad experience with Livingston in March, 2021, against my better judgment, I emailed him on Wednesday, Aug 4, 2021, to see if he'd be interested in representing me on settlement negotiations only, regarding the case I had contac...ted him about previously. Livingston emailed me back Thursday, Aug 5, 2021, expressing a reserved interest. Pre-arranging a telephone conference, he called me at the agreed upon date and time, Monday, Aug 9, 2021 and asked me to send him certain documents, which I did. After not hearing back from him, I sent him a follow up email on Wednesday, Aug 11, 2021 and asked him if he had decided to represent me. He asked when I needed a decision and I communicated to him by Friday, Aug 13, 2021, FOUR days after I sent him the info he requested. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. This is similar to what happened when I initially talked to him about this case in March, 2021. I should have stuck with my original decision to steer clear of Livingston. I have no idea why this attorney is so negligent and can't keep his word about the most basic things. Is he a decent lawyer? I don't know. What I do know is he is a man who appears to be grossly negligent and irresponsible. I recommend finding a lawyer who has a modicum of principles and that would EXclude Livingston.
