Not Guilty Verdict

I was referred to Kirk Obear to represent me in an OWI case in Oshkosh. At first, I didn't know what to expect since I had never worked with a lawyer before. I had assumed that he would be very busy and not able to spend much time with me. Boy was I wrong! Kirk spent an incredible amount of time ...preparing for the trial, and preparing me for my testimony. By the time the trial date came, we had spent many hours getting ready and I knew exactly what to expect. I couldn't have been happier with Attorney Obear's mastery of the evidence and complete control over the courtroom. He made the prosecutor look like a fool. When the jury came back NOT GUILTY on all counts, I was so relieved and so happy I had made the right choice. I will never forget Kirk's devotion to my case, and his professionalism. I know I won't ever get in trouble again, but I know who to recommend to my friends and family if they ever find themselves needing the best there is. Thank you Kirk.

If you want the best, call Kirk!!!

I was arrested for a second offense drunk driving case and I knew I needed to find the best lawyer out there to handle my case. I did some research and met with Kirk Obear, who agreed to represent me. From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands when he aggressively tackled the prosecution’s ...evidence. Ultimately, the case went to trial and Kirk fought hard for my innocence to the end. The jury found me Not Guilty of OWI and PAC. I can’t thank Kirk enough for his great work on my case. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs to win. He was the best lawyer I have ever worked with.

The best criminal defense lawyer in wisconsin

I hired kirk just recently to handle a 4th dui charge for me and he was able to get the whole case dismissed if you want the best chance to win your case hire Kirk Obear today a lawyer you can trust that is on your side.

Very knowledgable lawyer in the traffic laws that gave my great representation.

Kirk Obear did a fantastic job with my case and was very aware of the laws that apply to my case. I would definitely recommend Kirk Obear to anyone in need of a knowledgeable lawyer to help in a time in need. Kirk kept me informed well with my case and the possible outcomes that I could expect. Ki...rk was recommended to me by a friend that also had an excellent outcome. It was well worth contacting Kirk for my case. Kirk got me from a 3rd offense DUI down to a first offense DUI due to the way my previous case was handled by the city. I don't believe a 2nd lawyer I spoke to would have caught this situation.
