I hired Dennis Melowski after much research. Let me spare you the pointless research, hire him. If you want the best, your search is over. I was pulled over for an equipment violation, and arrested for OWI. A condition of my employment was to keep a valid license. I never went a day without it. He fi...led a motion with the judge to stay my license revocation until the matter was resolved. He has the reputation of winning at trial, so much so, that many District Attorney offices will plea it out to a non-alcohol charge. This is what the ADA wanted to do in my case, but the new DA wanted to make a name for themselves and wouldn't budge (their mistake). He filed motions, requested documents from the lab that tested my blood (.15), and did so much more. I was very impressed with him at trial, his cross examination of the DA's witnesses was unbelievable. The time and planning he put into it was remarkable, and it showed. He was able to point out mamy factors that showed the case against me wasn't black and white, and was very hard to trust the evidence they presented against me. During trial he explained everything to me, and asked for my input. The respect he gives you, is of the highest level possible. My case took over 2 years to trial and he always kept an open two way conversation with me. He got me a NOT GUILTY verdict on all alcohol related charges! You simply can't make a mistake in acquiring him to represent you. Look no further, Dennis Melowski should be your only consideration!

I am just a working class guy that has a CDL and with my his discription I can not have a OWI on my recorded or else I would be le...t go from my job in a heartbeat. I was cited for my first OUI in October of 2014 I did my research on some attorneys in Wisconsin and I will tell you one thing when I met with Dennis at his office I knew I had the right man for the job. I was found to be not guilty on all three counts I was facing. Every out come is going to be different because there are no guarantees and Dennis will tell you that before you hire him but I will tell you one thing Dennis will give you your best chance to beat your citation so stop looking and talk to Dennis you will not be disappointed.

I hired Dennis to represent my 24 year old son and I'm very happy that I did. It was an unusual case that I felt warranted Dennis' stellar reputation and expertise. It was apparent that the arresting state trooper treated my son differently because of his edgy look. I needed the court to know tha...t we were serious about our defense, and that's why I called Dennis. First and foremost I would like to give thanks to Attorney Melowski for saving my CDL which in turn allowed me to keep my job. In April of 2015 I was in an auto accident which resulted in a shattered hip, 6 broken ribs and multiple cuts and bruises. When the police arrived, I was asked to do a breath...alyzer however could not perform due to broken ribs. Next thing I remember was waking up 3 days later and was told that I refused a blood test and the officer had obtained a court order . This would have been a 2nd OWI if convicted. Because of Attorney Melowski's expertise and all of the guidelines that the police were out of compliance with, Melowski was able to plea bargain both citations which resulted in me keeping my CDL and no alcohol related offenses. One of the things that surprised me the most was that anytime I called his office, he would either personally answer the phone or if he was in court he would call me back within a couple of hours. I would definitely give Melowski 10 stars!!

After searching for an attorney and making numerous phone calls to different lawyers to represent my case for 1st time DUI, I came across Dennis. I had been stopped for failure to yield, resulting in being pulled over and arrested on suspicion of OWI. After receiving my results of BAC of .196, there ...was no doubt I needed the best. My job was dependent on reputation as well as driving privileges. We talked with Dennis and immediately he had a plan for what was next and what he could do to help.
