unfortunately my experience with this firm started good and went downhill. My son was hit by a car and I contacted Mr. Groth regarding representation. Mr. Groth started out professional and helpful. I'm sorry to hear this. Please call our main office and ask Dee to get a time that is most convenient for you and I'll call and we can talk and I'll answer any questions you may have. If I'm in a meeting or court when you call please ask for your paralegal. The letter you received the first week of May has all of that contact information. Our paralegals have been working in injury law since the 1980s and early 1990s. They have more experience than many attorneys around. We spoke late last week you said your son had followed up with the specialist. In cases like this we need to wait a little longer to see if the doctors know whether there are any long term problems. I'm not in favor of rushing cases for a quick settlement. Your son's injury occurred about one month ago - we should wait to see if he will be back to his old self or not. Again, the accident happened almost exactly one month ago. As soon as you called our office sent an investigator to the scene of the accident to get pictures and video of other children who cross this particular street. I believe our investigator was there within 24 hours of calling. We have all of our investigation and have been talking with the car insurance company. This is a good time to tell anyone reading this to be sure to always use a cross walk or walk across the street where you would expect there to be a cross walk (for example, if there is no cross walk but a sidewalk goes to the street and starts up again at the other side). Again, I'm sorry to hear this. Please call our office and let's talk about this and about how we can make sure this doesn't happen again. Jon Groth
