POA and Will

Excellent Attorney

I think MELVIN SHAW is an excellent attorney. He drew up new wills for us, as well as durable power of attorney for my husband and me. He was very attentive to our needs, professional and personable. I feel his fees were reasonable as well. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Knowledgeable and professional

Melvin recently helped my husband and I with the sale of our home. He came highly recommended, and was very quick to return my initial phone call. He did an excellent job of answering all of the question we had. As first time sellers, the timeline he provided helped us successfully navigate this p...rocess with ease. He was upfront about what we could expect in terms of fees, which we appreciated. In addition to being very friendly and easy to work with, Melvin proved to be very knowledgeable and reliable as well. We would recommend him without reservation, and will seek out his services in the future as needed.

Outstanding!

My spouse and I initially utilized Melvin for estate planning. He was extremely thorough as he explained our options and made recommendations in setting up our will, living will and family trust. Since that time we've purchased two homes and created a small business. He crafted the purchase agreement...s and advised us on each of those endeavors. These things are so personal. It was important that we not only use an attorney that was professional and competent but one that gave us the the time we needed, was genuine and understanding. We've recommended him to family and friends. We'd use him again in a second, he's great!
