Will and POA

Wow!!! What an amazing and down to earth individual. We hit it off as soon as my wife and I walked into his offIce. Melvin is an extremely down to earth person, and a very knowledgeable attorney, especially when it comes to wills, POA’s and/or trusts. I’m sure everyone who is reading this review has ...been putting off doing their wills for some time now...like us. We kept putting it off due to time and how much effort and energy it would be to find someone to help prepare our wills. Well, look no further!! Melvin was extremely easy to work with. He patiently listened to all of our questions and concerns regarding wills vs trust (and we had a lot). He was able to simplify and break down all the legal aspects of the paperwork into layman terms for us to understand. He allowed us to take our time, and discuss what we thought were the best plans for our future finances and our young son’s future if something were to happen to us. I can’t say enough about how GREAT it was to work with Melvin!!!!

Assistance in a For Sale By Owner

Melvin was considerate and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling my property. He patiently listened to my concerns and thoughts and provided many options to me before proceeding with the closing. I would recommend him to anyone selling a for sale by owner.

FSBO

I sold my townhouse for sale by owner. Melvin was a great help through the whole process! He took care of all of my paperwork needs and taught me about all of the legalities of the purchase agreement. I also was impressed with his quick responses to emails and availability to meet on short notice. Al...l in all, I had a great experience working with Melvin, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is selling FSBO.

Wills

We had the good fortune of meeting Mel and were at a time in our lives where we needed to put our affairs in order. After thinking on our future plan for our assets and children, we asked Mel to pull it all together for us. He came back quickly and precisely based on what we needed to have done. A...ctually we were a little embarrassed because he had to wait on us on more than one occasion since our schedules couldn't allow for us both to be present for the signing. However it was completed and we are very pleased with having chosen Mel to finalize this long overdue but much needed task. We will definitely be using him again in the future should we need any more work done.
