About two years ago or so I was pulled over for a DUI. I was scared, anxious, and everything else under the sun. I called a friend of mine whom, a year previous, had also gotten himself into the same pickle. I asked him who he had went with and if he was good and he replied with, " I wouldn't have we...nt with anybody else." I am a recent client of Brian Goodman and a 2018 law school graduate. Then a few weeks before trial, the prosecution made another offer—this time to drop the DUI to a “careless.” I decided to take the deal and avoided trial. After the case was closed, Brian contacted me to return the balance of my retainer (still haven’t gotten my retainer back from the first attorney).
