Branstad Review - Felony Assault

I was charged with Felony Assault while traveling in Iowa. It was a nuanced case since maintaining a clean record was crucial and I lived on the east coast and couldn't take much time off work. Christine was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process without ever needing me t...o come back to the state. We were up against a stubborn prosecutor who was being unreasonable with his harsh plea agreements. Christine was able to whittle down the prosecutor’s case and his general “tough-guy” demeanor to allow for an advantageous plea that kept my record clean.
