Matt Lindholm is awesome! I got arrested for an owi, on top of that I got a speeding charge, passing in a no passing zone, and possession of a dangerous weapon while intoxicated. He ended up getting the owi turned into a public intox and reckless driving, then everything else was dropped but the spee...ding ticket! I highly recommend Matt Lindholm as a lawyer! I found myself on the wrong side of the law for the first-time and in unusual circumstances. I was charged with OWI-I (refusal) and I am from another state. There were a other issues that made my case a little more complicated. Matt was honest, upfront and pulled no punches. Mr. Lindholm did an excellent job pursuing the improper actions of the police. I was hit by a car on the interstate and turned from victim to suspect. Lindholm found many loopholes that the police did illegally (videoing private conversation, both breathalyzers had not been tested within 30 days whic...h is Iowa law, police making me sign paperwork that supposedly had only to do with the DOT not the criminal case which later found out was criminal paperwork, etc) Mr. Lindholm kept in contact, knew what to do and when to do it, and overall did a wonderful job. My OWI dropped to reckless driving, a few fees and fines and that's the end of it. I do not think any other attorney could have got me a better deal.

This man completed the impossible.I was called in by a city cops wife for being A suspicious vehicle after getting pulled over and receiving a second 3rd offense owi and driving without an intoxiloc and making error during the arrest the road ahead was not looking good after blowing and them saying I... failed.  The arresting officer taking the stand matt did not hold back I was offered a couple plea deals and refused them because at this point I was all in because I knew they wanted to put me behind bars again. Making the decision of going all in win or lose and not taking and plea deals was the second best decision  I made and the first best decision was picking Matthew to be my lawyer. He got all charges dropped and got me my license back right away without having to have the interloc anymore. I could sit her and go on about how difficult my case was but just know if you are looking for a lawyer because you need someone to defend you or help you and you are wanting to win or have everything go in your favor look no further than this guy right here because he's going to be the only one I have ever met that's going to get that done. He was beyond great through out the whole deal about communicating with me and keeping me posted and in the loop about everything and was great about handling and answering any questions or concerns I had. I am just like the rest of you I didn't not know Matt besides what I read online about him and this man changed my life for me I was able to put all this behind me and move on with my life and because of him I now have a little over a year sobriety and couldn't be more great full at the fact that he made that possible and fought for me.
