Ed did the best he could with what he was given, anytime I needed anything Ed was one phone call away. I got my 2nd dui in June, and kept doing the same stupid things and got arrested again before my sentencing date. Ed didn't give up on me, he kept pushing for sobriety court for me, but however it was full at the time of sentencing. I ended up getting 45 days of jail. With 3 duis in less then a year, Ed did an outstanding job dropping one of them to a owvi, saving me jail time and money. Like I said Ed did the best he could with what he was given. Would recommend Ed to anyone facing a dui.

Ed is a standup guy. He walked me through stop by stop and gave excellent advice I could not have asked for a better attorney. I could not have asked for a better outcome even when I thought I was going to get a lot worse he did the best he could with what he had to work with I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Make sure he's the last one you call because after you listen to everybody else's lines I guarantee you'll be pleased with Ed! Thanks again Ed for all your hard work!!!!

Ed Sternisha is an exceptional attorney. To say he exceeded my expectations in the work he did on my case is an understatement. I was arrested for 1st offense OWI and refusing the breathalyzer. Ed rigorously investigated every aspect of my arrest. He even went so far as to explore the employment history of my arresting officer which revealed information that was later helpful when he negotiated with the prosecutor to get my case dismissed and converted to a minor civil traffic ticket. In addition to Ed's outstanding legal prowess, he's also just a really kind and compassionate man. His fees are remarkably reasonable. He is easy to contact. In fact, Ed actually answers his own phone and I think he picked up every time I called him. I usually don't write reviews but I was compelled to make an exception for Ed. I honestly didn't think lawyers like this existed. Ed has a keen legal mind and meticulous investigative practices. Most importantly, he is a person who really cares about his clients. Getting arrested for a crime is a stressful life crisis and Ed helped me and made me feel secure throughout the entire process.

Ed did a great job with my case, helping me to get my high BAC OWI reduced to a regular OWI. I live out of state and was arrested during a brief visit, creating a bit of a difficult situation. Ed kept my travel to a minimum and always kept me informed about what was going on with my case. He gave me opportunities to prove my responsibility to the court by completing my various assessments and required tasks. In the end the court was pleased with my ability to successfully complete all of my obligations along the way. I was treated very respectfully in court and was allowed to sincerely apologize for my offense. Ed made great comments on my behalf as well, and the judgment rendered was the best possible outcome. I owe it to Ed that I didn't have to serve any additional jail time and was allowed to return home to my family the same day.

Ed was great. He made me a little more comfortable is a very unfamiliar and uncomfortable situation. He explained everything step by step as I went through a very strange and complicated court process that most of us will never understand. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Ed

I was facing a 2nd offense OWI and the consequences that I could have faced would have crippled my financial stability as well as my ability to drive a motor vehicle which my business depends on. I called several attorneys and many gave me the same answer that I was facing a certain 2nd conviction and it seemed liked they wouldn't even try. A friend had refered me to Edward Sternisha and said he does a great job. From the very first phone call to the time my case was finished Ed had let me know every step of the way the status of my case and had spent alot of time reviewing my case and I felt like he was definitely do his best. In the end not only did Ed get my Breathalyzer Refusal case thrown out but he also was able to get my pending 2nd offense OWI thrown out as well. I cannot thank Ed enough for his hard work and commitment to my case he really showed he cared and that meant alot to me. Ed gets a definite 10 out of 10 in my book and I would highly recommend him for anyone facing a DUI/OWI conviction. Thank you again Ed for everything.

I hired Ed to represent me on an MIP charge that dated back to 2003. I have been living out of state the past 12 years, after returning to Michigan i was arrested on a warrant from this MIP that i had forgotton about. I did not want to be stuck with this charge when i have been legally allowed to drink for 10 years. Ed went to the pretrail conferance, and called me afterwards saying the charge ha been dismissed. I did not even have to appear. If there is a way to get you off a charge, Ed will find it, he does an amazing job.
Thanks again Ed!

I hired Ed to help me with an old owi charge I never took care of as a young adult. Ed advised me that my case probably would not be able to stand in trial, and was able to get me a very satisfactory plea agreement which dismissed a different charge, and lowered my owi to a lower offense. During sentencing Ed did a excellent job of conveying my situation of living out of state and my need to return home promptly to the judge; as a result I received no probation that would hinder my need to leave the state. I believe that the results if my sentincing could not have gone any better.
Ed has an excellent repoir with everyone I noticed he came in contact with at the courthouse. He was very friendly with every employee at the courthouse, from the clerk, to the judge; and seemed very well respected by all. I think this respect he has helped my case go smoothly and gave it an upper hand over other attorneys I have been involved with in the past.
Like most people, I don't have a large sum of money available for surprise situations like an owi. Ed was very accommodating and we were able to set up a payment plan, he began working on my case immediately after our intial consultation. His method of billing is very fair, and he counts the time down to the minute, his service is well worth the cost.
During this whole nerve wrecking situation, Ed stood by my side and made everything as easy for me as he could. I would recommend his service to anyone.
Thanks again Ed!
