Michael was very easy to contact and would respond in a timely fashion. He did a wonderful job explaining all of court information to me. He is very professional and although he has a busy career he always took time to respond via email, text, or phone call. If you find yourself facing an OWI charge ...it is in your best interest to contact him and his office. Although expensive, it was worth it in the outcome of my case. I was charged with a High BAC and in the end accepted a plea deal of impaired. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with him as my attorney.

We are enormously indebted to attorney Michael Boyle for his expert handling of my case. I had been arrested after getting into a head-on collision with another car with a BAC that would have been classified as "superdrunk" plus a few civil infractions, and he got it down to nothing more than a regul...ar OWI with 6 months probation. He has worked in this court system and with these people for years, and had invaluable insight to the procedures and paths available to our case. He truly cares about his clients, and makes sure to know you on a personal level when he takes your case. He's very up front, he'll never promise something he can't guarantee, but he does know the best case-scenarios and how to best prepare so as to get there. He made sure I had the best possible portfolio of steps to have taken by the time I went before the magistrate, and then before the judge, so that it was clear to him that my arrest was the result of a single poor, and ultimately uncharacteristic decision made by a usually responsible person at a very hard time in my life. He is always available, day or night, to take any calls or questions you might have, and I always felt that navigating the steps of my defense was like being on a ship with Mr. Boyle as the very capable captain steering it along, I just had to keep it running by making sure I was doing the things he suggested that helped prove the kind of person I was. What made me decide to go with Michael was the fact he and his team were diligent in answering my calls or responding as quickly as possible. Waiting for answers from other lawyers was stressful, and the time they spent talking with me before even getting my business was much appreciated. They explai...ned all the paths they could take to either drop charges or at least bring them down as soon as possible. I had a unique situation where I was leaving the state 2 weeks after my OWI. He was able to work with my schedule and got the earliest times possible to help me keep it under wraps from work. He has connections, and will always use them to help you out. He's a busy man, so I usually got his answering machine, but he was always very quick to call back. He was able to get the judge to let me leave the state and return at a later time (2 months later) for the final arraignment. I was arrested going 75 in a 25 with a .184 bac. Dash cam "wasn't working", no inconsistencies in the blood testing, and "had blood shot eyes and stunk of alcohol". Michael was able to get a plea deal of removing the speeding ticket, and a regular DUI. Saved so much money just through insurance. He's not cheap, but he definitely reduced my stress. I'm glad I paid more rather than trying to save money with someone else and wondering if it would have been better to spend more money. Long story short, one of the most expensive mistakes of my life, but without Michael it could have been much worse. Still have my job, got through probation easily (Michael helped get my probation cut early), and Michael was very good about keeping in touch with me after the plea deal. He didn't leave me high and dry to fend for myself.
