I am being sentenced today for a Federal Drug case. Mr. Upshaw has solved the rubix cube matrix that is our Court System Withot Him. I have two sons and like many boys they make very bad decision. My oldest son first got into trouble writing Graffiti on the exterior of someone's home as a initiation into a gang. My son was caught and charged. Attorney Upshaw developed a defense that got the case dismissed. On a second occasion ...represented my oldest in a simple traffic issue that went to trial.
