This office is completely and utterly disorganized, filled with excuses and oh I'm sorry with no regard to their clients life. I excused Mr. Waters when missing appointments because of his sons death, I worked with him through transition and disorganization of employees and slack on my case. I call the office a couple (few) months after filing an appeal my case, and was assured it was all set waiting on a date. I wait another couple months (now) and decide to call SS myself and find out status and low and behold, nothing!! So I call the office and am told, I'm sorry we missed the file date, we are really sorry, but we can start over!!!! And that is supposed to make me feel better after three years?? Sure I can start over, with another attorney that serves clients and doesn't flat out neglect them, tell them everything is filed, and nothing has. I tried to be compassionate, understanding and work with this man through his personal and employee struggles but I received nothing in return except I'm sorry, we can start a new case....Definitely on the do not hire list, Nothing worse than a dishonorable man that shows no integrity to his field.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
