I highly recommend Gary Springstead. He demonstrated experience, responsiveness and great character in an urgent matter, and provided service with a calm and friendly demeanor. This guy really knows what he is doing. With 15 years of experience in law, that is unsurprising. When I made the first phone call to his office to get a consultation, he dropped a lot of great points on how he could beat my case and why I should go with his firm. At first, they seemed too good to b...e true and I was suspicious of his points of defense, as I thought he was just trying to sell me on his service but he proved everything he said in the initial consultation as the case progressed. I urge you to at least give him a call for the consultation (particularly if your case is from Electric Forest or a similar event as I know personally that he has won many cases originated from there). He proved his brilliance when he wrote an unbelievably well-written motion to suppress. It was absolutely full of quote after quote, reference after reference. It honestly boggles my mind how he was able to to combine so many relevant sources into one paper. On top of all of his professional qualifications, he is an incredibly understanding person, which is a hard quality to find in most lawyers.
