Eric Grimm, Business Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I endorse this lawyer. Robert was my opposing counsel in what started out as a contentious case involving copyright and the GNU General Public License. We were able quickly to put aside the hard feelings of clients, and to work together to develop a solution that everyone could live with. Robert's written work was solid, and he had a good grasp of the issues. I would be happy to work together with Robert again either as opposing counsel or as co-counsel. He is a zealous and effective advocate for his clients, but also knows how to stay on the "effective advocacy" side of the line, while not crossing over into the zone where litigation can get unpleasant.
