I have never been thru something like this BUT the office and the team have made it very comfortable for me to understand all the paperwork and appointments that I have to attend. The team is helping me get thru the first stage with ease, they explain what I need to fill out, they will take all calls... from IDES so I don't get all stressed out! Ms.Gramenos was great. She explained everything to me and took her time. What I did not understand (because I did not know the technical terms) she explained to me with no problem. She made me feel comfortable and that she was there for me completely. She was patient and very polite and never made me... feel like she was just doing a job.
