Sir, you initially were charged with a 5 year felony. We negotiated and secured for you a high court misdemeanor conviction with no probation and no jail - with your full knowledge and full consent. Furthermore, we filed a pre-sentence brief with the court requesting your property to be returned to you. Other than commenting and perhaps scolding you for your prior adult convictions and juvenile adjudications the judge did not "use your minor record against you". In every case such as yours the sentencing judge is given a report prior to sentencing - this report includes one's past criminal convictions - both juvenile and adult. No improper information was provided to the judge. And, again, you received no probation and no jail.
